Shipping & Returns
We ship Australia wide using reputable couriers for all of our goods. Shipping is charged as per the calculator in each listing.
REFUNDS: Please ask all questions prior to purchasing. Due to the nature of what is being sold we do not usually offer refunds. If a refund is requested, the item must be sent at your cost to our warehouse for testing. If a refund is agreed upon, only the cost of the unit is refunded, no freight charges will be refunded. In the event of a refund being approved, the item must be returned in original packaging, in new unused, clean original re-salable condition within 2 weeks of receipt of item or a refund will be refused.
Most problems that can occur can quite easily be rectified by way of replacement parts. All of our items come with a parts only warranty. We will replace faulty parts at our discretion. In certain cases we may ask you to send photos showing the faulty item. In rare cases the faulty item/part may need to be sent back to our workshop for inspection, in this case return postage is payable by the customer (this is very rare).
